Office: Milan , September 30, 2008 Complete success for International Rectifier in the Italian patent infringement proceedings Pinci & Associates successfully represented International Rectifier Corporation Italiana S.p.a. against IXYS Semiconductor GmbH of the Brown Boveri Group. (IRCI SpA, formerly the Italian subsidiary of the International Rectifier Corp. is presently owned by Vishay Intertechnology, Inc although International Rectifier has retained the related litigation). IRCI was successfully represented by the P&A international IP litigation team, based in New York, Milan, Genoa and Florence, winning on all fronts, including expenses awards, in the Injunctive Phase, then in First Degree, before the Court of Monza, and then in the Appeal, filed by IXYS with the Court of Appeal of Milan. International Rectifier Corp.
